Returns and right of withdrawal
A 14-day right of withdrawal, return shipping at our expense, refund within fourteen days.
Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days in which to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or bear any penalty.
The period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the product. Where the order is collected in store, it runs from collection. If the order covers several items delivered separately, it runs from receipt of the last one.
Where the period expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.
How to withdraw
Send us an unambiguous statement before the period expires, by email to contact@mbs-prime.com or by post to 122 rue de Vesle, 51100 Reims, France.
You may use the model form reproduced below, without being obliged to. It is for you to prove that the withdrawal was exercised in time: keep a copy of what you send.

Returning the product
Send the product back no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision to withdraw.
Return costs are entirely at our expense: we provide the return label, you pay nothing in advance.
The product must be complete, with its accessories and original packaging. You may be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product — the handling you could have carried out in store.
Refund
We refund all sums paid, including the original delivery costs, no later than fourteen days from the date on which we are informed of your decision.
We may withhold the refund until the product has been recovered or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever is the earlier.
The refund is made to the means of payment used for the order, at no cost to you. For a pre-order, the deposit paid is refunded on the same terms.
Scope
The right of withdrawal applies to all our sales concluded at a distance, including where the product is collected in store.
It does not apply to purchases made directly on the premises, which are not distance sales. Our commercial exchange terms in store are then given to you at the time of purchase.
