Your banking data
Payment is handled by an authorised provider, subject to the security standards of the payment card industry. No card data is entered, transmitted or stored on our servers, and our teams never have access to it.
Every transaction is protected by strong customer authentication, in accordance with European payment services regulation.
Amounts recalculated
Amounts are systematically recalculated on our servers from the prices recorded in our catalogue. No amount coming from your browser is accepted: an order cannot be tampered with from the outside.
An order is recorded as paid only after direct confirmation from our payment provider. A simple return to the browser is never enough to validate a payment.
Products in stock and pre-orders
A product in stock is paid for in full at the time of the order. There is no deposit, no partial payment and no instalment plan on an item in stock.
A pre-order is secured by a deposit of 50 % of the total amount. The balance is taken when the product actually becomes available and before dispatch; you are informed by email. No product is dispatched until the full price has been paid.
A pre-order and a product in stock cannot appear in the same order: two separate orders are required.
